We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will start promptly at 3pm, and we don’t want you to miss a moment!
*Note:
Venue will open doors at 2:30PM
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you arrive just before the ceremony begins, please check in with an attendant to be directed to your seat. If you happen to arrive while the bride is walking down the aisle, we kindly ask that you wait until she has taken her place, and then you’ll be escorted to your seat at the appropriate moment.
We’re excited to have children join us on our special day! To ensure everyone enjoys the celebration, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:
Seating: Please choose seats near the back or along the aisle ends so you can easily step out if needed without disrupting the ceremony.
Supervision: We ask that children be supervised throughout the ceremony and reception to ensure their safety and comfort.
Quiet Time: If your little one becomes restless, feel free to step outside or to a designated area where you can tend to them without causing disruption.
First Dance: During our first dance, we kindly ask that children remain seated to allow all guests to enjoy the moment. If your little one needs attention, please feel free to step out until the dance concludes.
Please note: We love having little ones join us on our special day! However, if you feel your child may have difficulty sitting through the ceremony or may need more attention during the event, we kindly ask that you consider attending the reception only or making arrangements for childcare during the ceremony. This will help ensure that everyone can enjoy the day without disruption.
To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the day and ensure everyone’s enjoyment, we kindly ask that all guests follow these guidelines. If the bride and groom’s requests are not adhered to, we may ask you to leave the event.
We want everyone to have a great time, and that includes enjoying drinks responsibly! Here are a few details about drinking at the wedding:
Alcohol Available: There will be a selection of beer, wine, and signature cocktails available throughout the evening. We’ll also have non-alcoholic options for those who prefer them.
Responsible Drinking: While we want everyone to have fun, we ask that you please drink responsibly and be mindful of the atmosphere. Let’s keep the celebration joyful and respectful for everyone.
Kindly Note: In accordance with venue policy, alcohol service will conclude one hour prior to the end of the evening. Complimentary coffee will be available for guests who may appreciate a little extra time to relax and refresh before heading out.
Our wedding is semi-formal with a fun Western vibe! We encourage gentlemen to wear dress pants or nice jeans paired with a button-down shirt and a blazer. Ladies can shine in cocktail dresses, maxi dresses, or elegant pantsuits. And cowboy boots are not only welcome—they’re encouraged! For children, smart yet comfortable attire like dressy pants or skirts with a nice top or shirt is perfect.
To help you get inspired, we’ve included some photo examples below with outfit ideas for all ages!
One small note: we kindly ask guests to steer clear of rustic orange tones, as those are reserved for the bridesmaids.
We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, as that is reserved for the bride. We want to make sure she feels extra special on her big day! Feel free to wear any other color that makes you feel fabulous!
